Garnets symbolize fire, faith, courage, truth, grace, compassion, constancy and fidelity. Garnets are to be carried close to the body to maximize their balancing and peaceful energy, and are thought to stimulate the bloodstream and pituitary glands, and to combat depression, lethargy and nightmares. They are also said to protect travelers from harm.
These are beautiful, deep red garnet chips which have been highly polished, and therefore have no rough edges.
(Incidentally, the Garnet is also known as the 'Bohemian Ruby' and when you look at these, you can see why.) They come in a very long strand.
